Current Rates


Daily Rate (8 people):	$975 per day (low season) $1300 per day (high season)	HVCB/Kirk Lee Aeder
Each Additional Person (up to 12 total):	$50 per person, per day
Minimum Stay:	Seven Nights
Discounts:	15-21 nights – 10% discount 22-30 nights – 15% discount
Returning Guest Discount:	10% discount (no discounts for holiday periods or Ironman)
Holiday Surcharge:	Thanksgiving & Christmas 15% increase (no discounts apply)
Minimum Deposit:	$2000 – Due within three days of reservation request, reservation is not confirmed until deposit is received.
Balance Due:	60 days prior to arrival
Cleaning Charge:	$450 for cleaning upon departure
Cancellation Fee:	$1,000 (Guests to provide owners with a written notice of cancellation 60 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of all rent deposits received 60 days prior to arrival date, less a $1,000 cancellation fee. )
Security Deposit:	$2,500

*Low Season is April 15 thru June 15 and September 1 thru December 15
High Season is June 16 thru August 30 and December 16 thru April 14
High season rates apply during Ironman Races, and Thanksgiving week
